Online Business Registration Platform Changes September 16, 2024 Starting Monday, September 16, the Utah Division of Corporations’ system for filing business registrations will be moved to a new platform. This new system will require users to create an account with Utah ID if they don’t already have one. Please click here to learn more about how to file registrations with the Division.

Corporation Reinstatement Changes Effective July 1, 2023 Beginning 07/01/2023 and following Utah House Bill 399 tax clearance and/or exemption letters from the Utah Tax Commission are no longer required as part of the Division's domestic corporations reinstatement filings and foreign corporations withdrawal filings. The Division will confirm the corporation's tax status directly with the Tax Commission. New corporation reinstatement and foreign corporation withdrawal forms are linked on their webpages.
